Exchange and Return Policy
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product promptly after receipt of goods.
Under the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, the customers have the 14-day right of exchange and return. The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products.
In matters concerning return, please first contact Polar Metalli Oy at: email@example.com, or by tel. +358 400 284 400 (open on workdays from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m., Finnish time). After that you will receive the return code. N.B. The customer is responsible for paying the return costs.
Please state the following information with your return:
- customer number
- name, address and telephone number of the ordering party
- your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT code
- a copy of the order confirmation received from Polar Shop.
The value of the product will be refunded after it has arrived at our facility. We will not accept any returns after 14 days from the date of delivery.
If a product does not arrive, it is damaged, or is altogether a wrong product, you will need to send us a notice within 14 days from the receipt of the product to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the delivered item has been damaged in transport, please notify the carrier thereof forthwith, and promptly contact us at: email@example.com.
