Placing orders in our online store is easy and safe. You can pay by using one of the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa. In Finland and in Denmark you can also pay using the MobilePay app.
Payment inter-mediation services, and the payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (see https://www.paytrail.com/en), in cooperation with credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown on the bank statement or the credit card bill as the payee, while the payment is passed on to Polar Metalli Oy who owns the Polar Shop online store. Paytrail Oyj holds the payment institution’s authorisation. In the event of any complaints you are kindly asked to contact the customer service of Polar Metalli Oy first.
