General Information about Polar Shop
The products offered by the online store Polar Shop are sold by Polar Metalli Oy (Business ID FI06793304).
We sell products to adult individuals, to such EU Member States/territories, which are members of EU tax jurisdiction (see the list at https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/eu-vat-rules-topic/territorial-status-eu-countries-certain-territories_en), EXCLUDING United Kingdom and Ireland.
Our prices are inclusive of the value added tax of 24 %. All our prices are stated in euros (€).
If you live outside the EU, or in an EU territory where the EU rules regulating customs, VAT and excise do not apply, please contact our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to place an order.
We retain the right to cancel a transaction, or change prices, if the ordered product or its price does not comply with the actual market price, for instance due to any technical error occurring in the online store.
By placing the order, the customer shall be bound by these terms of delivery.
Placing an Order and Order Confirmation
Products are ordered online, via the shopping basket found at https://www.polarshop.fi/eu
All orders are confirmed by an e-mail, which lists the ordered items, the delivery address, the delivery costs, as well as the total invoiced amount. In order to receive an order confirmation, the customer shall state his/her e-mail address when placing the order. A customer registered with the Polar Shop online store can examine the content of his/her order via the user account on our website.
With every order, the customer agrees to be bound by the current terms and conditions set on our website.
Time, Method, and Cost of Delivery
We dispatch products every business day. The time of delivery of an order is established in accordance with the products and the delivery method selected. Generally, any ordered product is dispatched from our facilities within one week from the order date, and after that the carrier will deliver the product in around 5 to 10 days. If you have not received your order within one month from placing the order, you are kindly asked to contact our customer service (email@example.com or tel. +358 400 284 400). The Polar Shop online store (Polar Metalli Oy) shall not be liable for any damages and/or additional expenses borne by the customer as a result of any delayed delivery.
We deliver orders as postal packages or as home delivery. Deliveries are handled by Posti and DB Schenker. A parcel can be tracked using the tracking code. It is also possible to collect the item from the business facilities of Polar Metalli Oy in Finland, Keminmaa, on workdays from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m., Finnish time. In this case, it is advisable to verify the availability of the product in advance, by calling our customer service (tel. +358 400 284 400).
The amount of the delivery costs depends on the weight of the item ordered. The delivery costs are displayed when you have moved to checkout, and entered the delivery information.
Right to Amend Delivery Terms
We retain the right to amend our delivery terms. Before placing the order, the customer has to review the current terms of delivery.
