The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products.<\/p>\n<p>In matters concerning return, please first contact Polar Metalli Oy at: info@polarmetalli.fi, or by tel. +358 400 284 400 (open on workdays from 9 a.m. till 4 p.m., Finnish time). After that you will receive the return code. N.B. The customer is responsible for paying the return costs.<\/p>\n<p>Please state the following information with your return:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>customer number<\/li>\n<li>name, address and telephone number of the ordering party<\/li>\n<li>your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT code<\/li>\n<li>a copy of the order confirmation received from Polar Shop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The value of the product will be refunded after it has arrived at our facility.
